An Extension For Ex-Students Of Adarsh School

CONSTITUTION


1. BASIC INFORMATION

1. The Association shall be hereby called "OLD STUDENTS' SOCIETY OF ADARSH".

2. The objectives of association are defined under section 2.

3. The activities of association are defined under section 3.

4. The head office of association is in 'The Adarsh School, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi-110015'.

5. The association includes all the branches of school further.

6. Following are the branches of school -

            Adarsh Preparatory School (Ramesh Nagar) &

            Adarsh School (Mansarover Garden).

7. Membership of the Association shall be open to:

            All members of the ‘Old Student's Society Of Adarsh’.

            All former students of the ‘Adarsh School’. (all branches)

8. Following are the founders of the association -

           DR. ANURAG SAHGAL (Vice Principal, The Adarsh School)

           GANDHARV SHARMA (Ex-student)

           GAURAV OBEROI (Ex-student)

9. OSA is a non-political and non-religious, social association for every ex-student of 'Adarsh School'.

10. OSA is registered by 'The Adarsh School' for obtaining its objectives defined under section 2. 

11. Old Students Day shall be held once a year, on 13th DEC.

 
2. OBJECTIVES

Former students of the Adarsh School, Kirti Nagar are welcome to join the ‘Old Students society of Adarsh’. This association has the following objectives:

1. The purpose of the Association shall be to promote contacts between members and to further the interests of the school.

2. To enhance effective communication, networking and collaboration among members.

3. To develop an appropriate structure that will facilitate the management of OSA.

4. To promote the welfare of Adarsh past students.

5. To promote networking and collaboration with past students and other like minded individuals and organizations.

6. To perpetuate friendships formed in school and to establish a fellowship between all generations of students.

7. To maintain and further an effective mutual interest between the school and its former students.

 
3. ACTIVITIES

The OSA exists to help former students keep in contact. Its main activities are this website and Reunions. The Adarsh School, founded in 1936, has seen many students pass through its doors who are now scattered throughout the globe.

Extensions

4. OSA's members contact numbers, if registered with the society by them, will be available to other members, on demand, only after the approval of the concerned member by an email to the society.
